Celeb Style Order
Products exclusively designed for celebrities are categorized under Celeb Style. Celeb style items are subject to Celeb Style terms and conditions.
Processing time for Celeb Style orders are based on availability of materials needed for completion. Laksyah will provide an estimated time of production for each Celeb Style item, usually 2 to 4 weeks.
The estimated time of production does not include the initial enquiry period.
Expedited service may be available upon request. If expedited service is needed a rush fee and express delivery charges may apply.
All Celeb Style order must have the Measurement Form submitted with the order.
Quote
- Our quote will be valid for 30 days from date of issue unless otherwise noted.
- Our quote does not include delivery and handling charges.
- We offer free delivery via courier services within India; any deliveries outside India will be additional. Charges of deliveries outside India are calculated as per the weight of the final product.
- We will not be liable for any import tax incurred at your port of entry and/or by Customs where applicable. (Quotations do not include any of these costs).
Order and Cancellation Policy
- An enquiry becomes an order when the accurate measurement form and advance payment/ full payment are received.
- Minor customization options can be changed within 12 hours of order placed. While fabrics and colors are unable to be changed after an order is placed.
- Processing time for Celeb Style orders are based on availability of materials needed for completion.
- Order number will be issued upon payment confirmation.
- Goods will only be dispatched after all funds owing have been received and as such they remain Laksyah property until delivery of said goods.
- Balance on goods not paid for 30 days on completion of goods or delivery due date, will be deemed unwanted and resold to recoup funds or action taken to recover the outstanding balance.
We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our outfits are made-to- measure, whether you ordered a standard size or custom measurements, and the materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.
- Orders cancelled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund of advance payment.
- Orders cancelled more than 12 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost (If paid) and 50% of the advance payment.
- Once your order has been prepared for dispatch or has been dispatched, consumer’s cancellation rights will end.
Measurements, Fitting and Alterations
- Measurements are taken either in person from our design house or our measurement form can be downloaded from our website or we can send the measurement form via email upon request.
- We strongly recommend having your measurements taken by a professional tailor or seamstress or having someone help you, measuring by yourself will cause inaccurate measurement results and subsequent disappointing issues.
- If your size fluctuates or you want to modify the dress slightly, we always leave a few inches in the seams so that your local tailor can easily make alterations as needed.
- We are not responsible for changes in body measurements from sudden weight loss or gain, illness etc. from the date you were measured to the final garment fitting.
- We are also not responsible for outfits that does not fit properly but fits the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Extra costs will be incurred for alterations caused by these and the alterations will have to be factored in with other orders at the time.
Delivery
Delivery is made to the address specified by you at the time of placing the order. In case you need to change the address please do so within 4 days of placing the order. Celeb Style products shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client or in case of no show at the address provided. The product will be shipped once payment has been made in full.
Shipping
- We offer free delivery via courier services within India; any deliveries outside India will be additional. Charges of deliveries outside India are calculated as per the weight of the final product.
- For customers outside India, international shipping charges as well as duties and taxes as applicable are payable by the customer. Handling or convenience charges may apply for International orders.
- Product prices are inclusive of all local taxes. Any additional customs duties or taxes on international orders will be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.
- We ship our products worldwide at the lowest possible shipping cost. UPS, DHL, Airwings and Aramex are our International shipping partner and DTDC within India.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the outfit has been made to the standard size or custom measurements that you specified. Try on your dress or clothing as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.
If you are returning the outfit, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.
- If we shipped you an item in the wrong colour, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange after customer service confirms you received the wrong colour. Perceived colour differences due to the display settings of your computer/mobile/tablet monitor are not grounds for a refund.
- We are not responsible for changes in body measurements from sudden weight loss or gain, illness etc. from the date you were measured to the final garment fitting.
- We are also not responsible for outfits that does not fit properly but fits the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If our measurements substantially differ from what you submitted we will replace/ redo the garment with a new one absolutely free of charge. As these garments are custom made specially for you we do not provide any refund.
If we shipped you a defective or damaged item, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide customer service photographs clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible.

Step-by-Step Process
As our celeb style products prices are disclosed, “REQUEST PRICING” option allows you to receive price details of your enquired product with its delivery time, and shipping details. An instant automated response will be mailed to your registered email address.
To do this please fills in your name, contact number and location, and click “REQUEST PRICING”.
You would then receive an email with price details of your enquired product with its delivery time, and shipping details and a link to “MAKE PAYMENT” for placing order.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
You may either remit 50% advance of the total amount OR full payment to process order.
3. CONTACT US
Apart from price, delivery and shipping details, if you wish to discuss more about the product details or add-ons, you may click “CONTACT US” tab at the bottom of the page and let us know how we can help.
As soon as we receive your enquiry, our experienced staff will respond to your enquiry within 24 hours.
4. YOUR MEASUREMENT
Upon Payment confirmation, you will receive an email with order confirmation and a link to fill Measurements.
5. PRODUCTION
Upon receipt of payment and measurement spec the outfit will be placed in production.
6. FITTING
Your outfit will be made to measure exactly to your measurement provided.
We always leave a few inches in the seams for you to make alterations as needed.
We intimate you for fittings and final fittings in case of in town customers. Any minor alterations are done in 3 working days time frame.
7. QUALITY CHECK
The finished product will go through a strict quality control inspection and we dispatch only after we are completely satisfied with the product.
8. ORDER TRACKING
Track progress till delivery!
Choose from any of the options to track your order status from order confirmation till delivery.
- Track using “My Account” if you are a registered user, you can
track your order status easily via “My Account” page by clicking on
“My Orders”. Select the order number you wish to track and you
will get all details about the current status of the order including
the shipping info once your order is shipped.
Your order status will be available 24 hours after you placed your order.

The customers with partial payments will be provided with a link for final settlements.
The product will be shipped once payment has been made in full.
10. DELIVERY
Once you are pleased, the outfit is packed with loads of warmth and love and delivered to you.
We offer free delivery via courier services within India; any deliveries outside India will be additional. Charges of deliveries outside India are calculated as per the weight of the product purchased.
Once we ship your order, we will send out an email notification the day your order is shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.

I contacted you yesterday. Why haven't I heard back yet?
Our customer support department generally returns inquiries within 2 business days. For the most prompt service, please contact us during our office hours, which are Monday through Saturday, 9:30am to 6:30pm [IST] Calls and emails received after hours will be returned the following business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes - we are happy to send pieces internationally. We use united parcel service [UPS] and Aramex for International shipments. Shipping charges are calculated as per the weight of the final product. Any customs duties or taxes on international orders will be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.
How long does it take to make my dress?
You will receive your dress within 2 - 4 weeks after we have received and confirmed your order. As soon as it leaves our facilities, we will send you a notification, which will include the name of the carrier and a tracking number.
Can I get my dress quicker?

I need custom sizing. Is that possible?
Yes! All our dresses come with a custom sizing option. Our measurement form can be downloaded from our website or we can send the measurement form via email on request.
Do you carry plus sizes?
Yes, we do carry sizes up to 3XL/44 as well as custom sizing. Please note that there may be additional charges for sizes 4XL/46 and above for the fabric and trims.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can view the status of your order by signing in to your account. Your order status will be available 24 hours after you placed your order.
How can I pay for my order?
You can either use our online service “Make Payment” to pay for your order or we can provide you, our bank account details for payment transfer. We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Laksyah Gift Cards, Laksyah Credits Note, Bank Transfer and other money transfer options such as Western Union, UAE Exchange, MoneyGram etc. Please note that all orders will be processed once payment is received.
